Coleen Collins joined the American Council on Education (ACE) in 2002 as Director of Human Resources. Since September 2006, she has served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Operation Services at ACE. Prior to coming to ACE, Collins was the Director of Human Resources for Inova Health System from 1997–2002, where she was responsible for personnel for two hospitals—Inova Fair Oaks and Inova Alexandria. She held a variety of positions in human resources with Alexandria Hospital from 1990–1997 before its merger with Inova Health System. Collins earned her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and she has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1992.
