Dr. Mukul Bhalla

Dr. Mukul Bhalla is currently Professor of psychology and Associate Dean for psychology in the College of Undergraduate Studies at Argosy University where she is responsible for the undergraduate psychology curriculum across all campuses. She has also served as Chair of Undergraduate programs at Argosy’s Washington, D.C. campus, before which she was a tenured Associate Professor of psychology at Loyola University New Orleans. She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Virginia, and has published in the areas of spatial perception, acculturation, and body image. Her interests now focus on the pedagogy of teaching and learning: Recently she was tapped by the American Psychological Association’s to participate in the National Conference for the Undergraduate Education in Psychology (NCUEP) which examined recent trends in undergraduate psychology education and produced a book meant to serve as a blueprint for the future of undergraduate education in psychology.
