Ginger Fay, director of Fay College Counseling, LLC has spent the last 15 years working in college admissions and college counseling. She served as an admissions officer at her alma mater, Duke University; as a college counselor at Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts; and as the director of Alumni Relations at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC, before starting her own business in 2006. She has a passion for making higher education accessible and affordable and volunteers with both the Greater Washington College Info Center and the Duke Club of Washington’s Partners in Education.
