About WAHE
WAHE is an informal network of women professionals from national education associations, colleges, universities, and other related organizations in the Washington, D.C. area.
One of WAHE's main goals is to provide networking opportunities for women to enhance their career development.
WAHE supports the professional and personal development of members through conferences, networking opportunities, cultural and educational events, and topical discussions with guest speakers.
Since 1999, WAHE has been the ACE Network in Washington, D.C. of the American Council on Education's Office of Women in Higher Education (OWHE).
